i move a few of these. the trap with aged domains in this niche is half of them have a prior adult history that is exactly the toxic profile you are trying to avoid. always pull the full backlink history and the wayback before you pay, not after.
wayback is your friend here. if it was a pill or casino site in a past life walk away no matter how clean the current links look. those come back to haunt you the first time you try to rank anything money.
yeah clean wayback is non negotiable for me, been burned once already on a domain that looked fine in the link tools but was a reroute farm two owners ago. broker if you have something relevant dm me.
also should say i would rather pay more for one with a genuine clean history than get a cheap one and inherit someone elses mess. the disavow grind is not worth the saving.
watch the expired drop lists too, occasionally a legit small adult blog drops with a clean profile and you can grab it for a fraction of broker price. takes patience and a lot of junk to sift but they turn up.
